About Gigi

"Life is an art, let's create your Masterpiece."

International coach and author Gigi Sage has often been known to stop women (and men) in their tracks with statements such as: “Men truly want to please women;” “Women have the power in relationships;” or her favorite question: “Would you rather be right? Or happy?”

Best known for teaching women practical skills for communicating with men in the boardroom, the bedroom and beyond Gigi is redefining what it means for men and women to communicate effectively with one another. The results are powerful. As one of the most respected communication experts in the US and Europe, her work on the topic of relationship has garnered her the international title “Man Whisperer.” Needless to say, Gigi Sage is very unique among executive coaches.

Yes, you can check the box for training thousands of international C-level executives to achieve significant breakthroughs in their boardrooms. Gigi’s worked with leaders from such diverse companies and organizations as JP Morgan Chase, Shell, Rice University, Duke Energy and IBM. And, while her clients openly praise her for showing them how to take care of business, they are perhaps more passionate about the breakthroughs she’s helped them with in regions they had often neglected---the heart.

One of Gigi’s core philosophies is that harmony comes from appreciating and respecting the differences in the opposite gender, instead of trying to change them. By blending their strengths, men and women have the potential to create harmony in both their professional and personal lives. In Gigi’s words, “we need each other.”

Business leaders often use the analogy of Gigi being like the “radar” while they fly the “plane.” With her signature light-hearted, holistic approach, Gigi guides people to realize their potential and takes her clients on a journey that connects their hearts to their minds. Over her 24-year career as “executive anthropologist,” she has inspired leaders to follow their curiosity, find what makes them “light up,” and learn how to become highly effective communicators in their professional and personal relationships.

Over the course of coaching and training tens of thousands of individuals, Gigi has experienced her own revelations. Often, she found, successful female executives who seem to have it all, struggled most with how to find and keep a loving relationship. In 1999, Gigi developed the Power Connections® Method, a revolutionary approach for women to achieve productive partnerships in high-performance environments.

The Power Connections® skills are also taught in many of her public seminars, such as “Become a Man Whisperer.” These trainings were met with such enthusiasm, Gigi authored (along with Birgit Engel) “Hello Tarzan” to make her skills more accessible to the public. Published in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Holland and Belgium, the book has earned a 5 star rating on Amazon.de.

Europeans have clamored for her insights about how to become more effective communicators in relationships and media coverage has been extensive: Libelle Magazine (Holland); Freundin Magazine (Germany); De Morgen (Belgium); AM Magazine (Holland); Vrienden Magazine (Holland); Vitaya Magazine (Belgium), Veronica Magazine (Holland) Primo TV Guide (Belgium), Vrouw Magazine (Holland), The St. Galler Tagblatt (Switzerland); Viva Magazine (Holland); Lof Magazine (Holland); Cupcake Magazine (Holland); Leben Direkt (Germany); and more.

The media has also covered Gigi’s methods of enhancing corporate communications and performance issues. Her work has been featured in such publications as: The New York Daily News, Rhein-Berg, Isness Magazine, The Kansas-City Star, Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger, De Week, The Norwegian Financial Times, to name a few.

This feminine Sage from Texas, well-known in Europe, draws people to her with her energy and passion for coaching, and the truly genuine way she cares for each and every client. Gigi loves to spend time in her “other homes” of NYC, Amsterdam, Maui and Munich. She is the proud mother of five children who are continuously following their curiosities and discovering their own passions as musicians, writers, entrepreneurs, and beyond. In addition to her work, Gigi loves sharing healthy living, exploring new cultures, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
