Body Mind Restoration Retreats

I went to this retreat two years ago and it totally transformed my health. I was dealing with fatigue problems and it was the first big step in my healing. The accommodations are simple and rustic, but scenic (the grounds have the most beautiful lotus flowers I have ever seen). Marcia and David (the owners of the center) are absolutely delightful. Because it is raw food for 10-days, the retreat is a very physically and emotionally intense experience, but it you are looking for a drastic change in your health, I highly recommend it
